VK/SS/Jf some changes

■20VK / 20Jf land exchange
・20VK and 20Jf will exchange members(lands). 20Jf will take over 20VK and vice versa
・20Jf will disconnect flag from LT. after exchange, main clans will be "4" (VK(SS) / TS / XO / Jf).
・20XO will take "Shrine of Honor" of 20VK
・We will start exchange members on Feb 5

・20SS→20VK
20SS changed name to 20VK. previous VK members are here
・20VK→20FF→20Jf
20VK changed name to 20FF, but it is just temporary. 20VK will be 20Jf after exchange clans on Feb 5
